The Queensland Coal Miners' Advocate is dedicated to protecting the rights and ensuring the safety of coal miners in Queensland. Our team of experienced advocates work to provide specialised support on a wide range of issues related to mining. By focusing on the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 (Qld) and the Qld Coal Mining Safety and Regulation of 2017, we ensure that our clients are well-informed about their obligations and rights in the mining industry.

At QCMA, our mission is to amplify and make clear the voice of each individual coal mine worker in Queensland. And there is much that needs to be said, often. We are committed to ensuring that the rights of coal miners are not violated, and if they are, that justice is swift. Doing this, support QCMA broader value of ensuring workers rights are not eroded in Australia.
